Godrej Properties clocks single-day sales of Rs 575 cr in Noida
Godrej Properties announced on Wednesday that it sold Rs 575 crore in a single day during the launch of the second phase of its Godrej Woods project in Noida.
The Mumbai-based developer experienced an extraordinary reaction to its forest-themed phase, Evergreen, bringing the project's total sales to Rs 1,140 crore over the last six months.
On the first day of sale, it sold 340 residences covering an area of more than half a million square feet, making it one of the most successful launches in recent times in India.
Mohit Malhotra, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, stated that Noida is a critical city for the organisation. “In the years ahead, we intend to build on this momentum. We will do everything necessary to guarantee that Godrej Woods is an amazing project for all of our customers.”
Godrej Woods houses are located in Noida Sector 43 and are surrounded by a lush green development with over 600 trees. Numerous lifestyle facilities are included in the project, including infinity-edge pools, a cafe, a rivulet, a modern clubhouse, orchards, a forest trail, and an elevated promenade.
Sector 43 benefits from excellent connectivity due to its proximity to the central Noida Dadri Main Road and access to high-quality social infrastructure.
Godrej Properties entered the National Capital Region market in 2010 and has since added 17 projects across five cities, with six already completed.
