Almond Board of California hosted an online panel discussion on the topic "Challenges to ensuring optimal family healthcare in the face of fast-changing lifestyles in post-pandemic America" featuring prominent personalities from India as well as the USA.

The panel stressed the importance of making lifestyle and dietary changes. It featured Soha Ali Khan (Bollywood actor) as regional head – Dietetics, Max Healthcare Delhi, Ritika Samaddar, nutrition consultant, and Sheela Krishnaswamy, VP – Global Market Development, Almond Board California. RJ Shezzi moderated the panel.

Sheela Krishnaswamy stated, "When you look at the world around you now, a lot of things have changed. And along with that many of us too." It's important to take lessons from this difficult experience and allow for a path to recovery.
