Sutherland partners StackRoute to launch the Full Stack Engineering Program
Sutherland, a prominent global digital transformation business headquartered in Rochester, New York, and StackRoute, an NIIT Venture, have partnered to establish an immersive training programme aimed at identifying and developing the right talent for crucial roles within Sutherland.
This programme is a component of Talent Pipeline as a Service (TPaaS), which assists organisations in developing an incoming talent pool with deep expertise in leading digital technologies, platforms, and agile techniques.
The programme is designed for passionate technical graduates with 0–2 years of work experience who are interested in gaining deep abilities in Full Stack technologies other than Java and.NET through a virtual immersive methodology. The programme was developed collaboratively by StackRoute and Sutherland industry practitioners and incorporates multiple leading technologies and real-world case studies with the goal of ensuring day one readiness for managing critical platforms and projects at Sutherland Digital, which provides solutions to global Fortune 1000 companies.
