Surat to host Gems & Jewellery Manufacturers Show from November 27-29
Surat Jewellery Manufacturers Association, which represents Surat's jewellery manufacturers, will host the Gems & Jewellery Manufacturers Show (GJMS) from November 27 to 29, adding another feather to the Diamond City's hat.
A prominent association is organising the first-ever exhibition of gems and jewellery manufacturers. The three-day show will be an exclusive B2B event, providing a unique opportunity for gems and jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers, and buyers to connect, discover the latest and upcoming trends in global markets, and create business opportunities.
"The Gems & Jewellery Manufacturers Show will provide an exclusive and vibrant platform for displaying the latest global trends in the gems & jewellery industry to visitors from across the country." It will provide new opportunities for business growth by establishing relationships with clients from various markets," said Jayanti Savaliya, President of the Surat Jewellery Manufacturers Association.
Surat is well-known as a global centre for diamond cutting and polishing, but the city also has a thriving gem and jewellery industry. Surat will gain a new identity in the gems and jewellery industry as a result of GJMS.
More than 200 manufacturers from the gems and jewellery industry from across the country will attend the three-day expo, which will be held at the Surat International Exhibition and Convention Centre (SIECC), the largest such venue in Surat city.
"In the run-up to the exhibition, we held multiple marketing events and roadshows across several cities to ensure high participation." Exhibitors are expected to respond enthusiastically. We also expect over 8,000 buyers and trade visitors from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Surat, and other major gems and jewellery markets, presenting a huge business opportunity for participants," said Savaliya.
The Gems & Jewellery Manufacturers Show will feature exclusive natural diamonds and jewellery, lab-grown/synthetic diamonds and jewellery, and machine-made, hand-made, and designer jewellery.
The show will provide a one-of-a-kind opportunity for gem and jewellery manufacturers to meet and present their latest technology.
